Smart irrigation of parks

The aim of the project is the optimal operation of the irrigation pumping stations of the Municipality through the installation of local automation provisions, combined with the capability of remote management and supervision from any point via the internet and Cloud-based computing applications.

The platform developed by Zarifopoulos constitutes an innovative software for energy management of buildings and a multitude of other installations that are cloud-based, with excellent capabilities in the automatic diagnosis of energy or non-energy-related faults (Faults Detection & Diagnosis ~ FDD).

The software connects daily with the control and automation systems of the buildings (BAS, BMS), running diagnostic routines and algorithms that scan building data with the aim of detecting specific energy faults such as excessive settings of air conditioning units, malfunctioning dampers and stuck three-way valves, improper operations outside working hours, etc.

For each issue, a notification is sent to the respective responsible party via email, SMS, or even a phone call, depending on the criticality of the fault. The software also has excellent capabilities for capturing energy data, generating intelligent reports, supporting online comparative analyses, certifying energy savings, capturing building equipment, and relevant libraries, etc.

User access is facilitated through common web browsers. User authentication is carried out through secure access procedures (user authentication, SSL).
